What to include in your first message
The more of this you can send at the start, the more useful the first reply will be. If something is missing, say so rather than leaving it out.
Your Medical Situation
A short summary in English: what the problem is, when it started, what treatment you have already had, and what you are hoping to change.
Your Records
Operative notes from any previous surgery, histology or pathology reports, imaging files, and a current medication and allergy list. Translated copies help.
Your Practical Position
Where you are travelling from, roughly when you could travel, and whether you would be travelling alone. This shapes what is realistic before any clinical question is answered.

Road and rail connections provide access to central Chongqing and Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport.
